ART+ interviews Dr. David D. Burns the well known Stanford University psychiatrist about the new hi-speed techniques in psychotherapy that are designed to speed up recovery from anxiety and depression, without medication.

Dr. David D. Burns, the author and psychiatrist who helped millions help themselves with Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy talks about the art of Feeling Good and how we can use Cognitive Therapy to control anxiety and depression. Dr. Burns talks about how we can treat anxiety without medication.

Dr. Burns explains Cognitive Therapy and how it can help us change the brain and overcome depression and anxiety without medication. Dr. Burns discusses his new book, When Panic Attacks and the techniques that can help change our thinking so that we enjoy our life free of anxiety and depression.

Dr. Burns is an Adjunct Professor of Clinical and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine.
