The IU Anxiety Disorders Clinic on the University of Indiana's Indianapolis campus is looking for men and women over the age of 18 who are experiencing panic attacks to participate in a clinical treatment study. Qualified participants will receive treatment with sertraline (Zoloft®) a FDA-approved selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor (SSRI) medication. Some participants will also receive an extended release formula of alprazolam (Xanax XR®). Risks associated with the study will be disclosed prior to study participation.
